Moreover, we can state that each business is unique on its own and for us, the strong point is customer service. Smile Laundry brand has gained prominence in laundry industry in Nha Trang city. We learned from user feedback and still open for comments. These all gives us strength, to make it for better client experience. With 6 months of experiences allow us continuously improve knowledge of laundry process and to be on the cutting edge of professional customer service. However, today Customers' demands are continuously increasing. Therefore, providing reliable customer service is not enough to succeed. More and more attention is paid to the equipment, location, marketing... And since we are a new business in this field, we are short of knowledge, budget, human resources, experiences… to deliver an impeccable experience for clients.
Our business is currently embarking on an ambitious plan to strengthen quality of service and expand its activities with the aim of becoming the top laundry service in Viet Nam and the first stage is to govern Nha Trang market.
